Busan has four types of taxis : General taxi, Call taxi, Deluxe taxi and TIP taxi.
Available anywhere including at taxi stands to go anywhere. An available taxi is indicated by its lighted cap or red sign on its right side.
Arrives at a designated destination and pre-appointed time when called. Some drivers may speak a foreign language for the convenience tourists.
Taxis black in color with red caps are equipped with special features such as phones. Taxi fare may be paid by credit card as well.
These taxis maybe hailed down anywhere, including taxi stands. Deluxe taxis are especially visible at the airport, hotels, tourist sites, and transportation terminals.
A taxi indicating the official bird of Busan, the sea gull, is different from other taxis. these taxis provide language services such as English, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, German and French.
Arab languages are provided only during international events. Taxi fare can be paid with a variety of cards advertisements and commercial signs to promote the city.
