Busan's extensive subway system makes it possible to go just about anywhere.
There are two lines (1 and 2) and they are easily traveled iven their distinct colors. Destination announcements are made in both English and Korean. The sound of bird is used for stops that are Transfer points, accompanied by announcements in English and Korean.
 

Line 1 : Sinpyeong through Nopo-dong
  Running hours : 05:20 a.m. / Last train : 00:30 p.m.
Line 2 : Hopo through Jangsan
  Running hours : 05:20 a.m. through 23:49 p.m.
Line 3 : Daejeo through Suyeong
  Running hours : 05:20 a.m. / Last train : 00:22 p.m.
The number of running in week day : 368(Line 1) / 352(Line 2) / 324(Line 3)
The number of running on Sunday and holiday : 330(Line 1) / 308(Line 2) / 288(Line 3)
Fare : One Section - 1,100 won, Two Section - 1,300 won
 
How to take the subway

1. Buy a ticket at the auto ticket machine or tiket booth.
2. Insert ticket into the ticket slot and retrieve when the ticket pops back out. 3. To exit at the destination,insert ticket into the ticket slot again. The ticket will not pop back out this time.

  How to use Auto ticket Machine
1. Find your destination on the subway. Push the one-way or round trip button.
2. Choose number of ticket needed the maximum is 4
3. Insert coins and retrieve ticket.
 

A Free Pass Eligibility
  Elderly people over 65 year, disabled and people of national merit.
※ Passengers who want to use free or discount passes must submit their identification card in advance.
Children's Pass Eligibility
  Children over 6 year and under 13 year or elementart students.
