As we have been inherited by our Korean tradition, so we protested against dictatorial government by the Liberal Party regime to safeguard the democratic justice, it was the revolution held on April 19, 1960 An indignation for democracy, derived from the self-sacrificing devotion among young people was invincible!
But, many young people were killed by the bullets from dictatorial government during the glorious revolution held on April 19, 1960. Here, this revolution monument is erected to soothe their spirits so long and to spread out them to this area into making their spirits as a model among young people

History : this monument is for the young people who were killed by the bullets
from dictatorial government during the glorious revolution held on April 19, 1960.

A person who is absolutely pure speaks little,.. look at it with your eyes up.
And look at all the silent rivers and lands, bright sky, and yelling streets crowded people all the relieved things in this country are blessed with past extreme devotions in every sky.
Now things by the blue voices looking at the unforgettable national long wat to go even in your dreams with sitting on the severly cold rock floor! Young spirits! the haughty tyranny of the the rebelliousness driving hard all over the country under the dark ages will tear your mouths and stomachs with unbearable indignation like fire wings of the young..
Yelling not lightened by itself, Ah....What a pity.. in front of great indignation fired by itself. Finally the immoral dark wandered all over will be pushed out and bright future way for this country will be reopen, please take a look at this..
Today, tremendous blue wings wisely inherited your hot spirits on the dear street.
As these beautiful wisdom here can be, your fatherland and your offsprings will be on the more tremendous happiness than before....truly as you're young so you return to the heaven,
pity, holy, and bright-foreheaded spirits! Beautifully setting our minds, then regrets disappearing after ease..
